What counts as a route?
A route is a single leaflet delivery area, with the walking path through its addresses and turn-by-turn instructions for whoever delivers it.
What counts as a hoarding site?
A fixed place you put signage — an election hoarding, a real estate signboard, a community noticeboard. You record its address, nudge the pin to the exact spot, and note who owns the site and who looks after it. Sites are reusable, so the same fence counts once no matter how many campaigns you run from it.
