By accessing or using Prenso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. Prenso is operated from Australia, and these terms are governed by Australian law.

2. Description of Service

Prenso provides a web-based platform for creating and managing leaflet distribution maps, routes, and campaigns. Our services include route optimisation, turn-by-turn instructions, volunteer management tools, and campaign analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Prenso, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Prenso to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of Prenso require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

Prenso and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prenso and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data and content you upload to the service.

By uploading content to Prenso, you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Prenso is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prenso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), where applicable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prenso is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Prenso after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and any applicable State or Territory laws. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Australia in relation to any dispute arising from these terms or the use of Prenso.
