Explore
The workspace map — stack your routes, sites, and boundary layers on one canvas, plan new routes, and share any view by its link.
Explore is the one map in a workspace. Everything with a location — your routes, your sites, and the boundary and statistical layers behind them — is drawn here, and this is where new routes are planned.
Open it from the sidebar. The map starts centred on your workspace's base address, over your country's address data.
Layers
The layer selector in the toolbar controls what's drawn. Each layer is a switch, so you can stack as many as you need:
- Routes. Every delivery route in the workspace. Click one to see its name and address count, and open it from there.
- Sites. Your hoardings or signboards, by location. The name follows your organisation's industry setting.
- Boundary layers. Electorates, statistical areas, and any other layer your organisation has enabled. Fine-grained layers stay hidden at national zoom and appear as you zoom in.
See Map data for what each boundary layer contains and when to reach for it.
Planning a route
Routes are created from Explore: draw an area, or turn on a boundary layer and select the areas you want, and the address count appears before you commit. Delivery routes covers it step by step.
Show on map
Other pages link back into Explore with the right layers already on:
- Routes has Show on map for the whole list, and each route's menu has one that frames just that route, outlined over the rest.
- Sites has the same for your signage.
So the list is for managing and the map is for looking, and either is one click from the other.
Sharing a view
Everything about the view — which layers are on, which route is framed — lives in the page's address. Copy the link and whoever opens it sees the same map, provided they can open the workspace. Bookmark a favourite combination of layers the same way.
The organisation map
Owners and admins also get an Explore across the whole organisation, with every workspace's routes and sites on one canvas. See Organisation map.

Workspaces
A workspace is where the work happens — routes, sites, campaigns, and the team that delivers them, all scoped to one operating area.
Delivery routes
Plan a letterbox drop — draw a delivery area, let Prenso order every address into a walkable route, adjust it by hand, and print a sheet for your team.
